What you should know about Headwaters Family Counselling
Everyone struggles at some point in life. As an Integrative Therapist, or solution focused therapy, interpersonal, grief therapy, narrative, Phyllis uses either CBT, depending on the struggle. Some of the issues include depression, communication, grieving, addictions, stress management, anxiety, conflict resolution and abusive relationships. She is currently working towards her PhD. Phyllis works with individuals, couples, and the family. Phyllis is a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist, a Clinical Fellow of the American & the Ontario Association of Marriage & Family Therapy. There is such strength in recognizing and taking the first steps toward healing and change. My passion is to connect with each individual at their point of struggle, towards healing and change both within, and to journey strategically with them, and in their relationships.
